Welcome to Winchester, a charming little island southeast of the Moonlight Falls mainland. This place has recently been opened to settlement and is now occupied by a small but surprisingly full little town. The residents who have settled here were chosen by way of a lottery after space aliens managed to make Moonlight Falls unlivable thanks to their hap-hazard scans and experiments. Superior intelligence my foot!

Here is the Winters Farm. Quaint, isn't it. This is one of the farms that's going to be depended on for the town's supply of food. Hopefully the farm's owners actually know what they're doing.

Now we get to meet the owners of this hopeful little farm; Arthur and Gwen Winters. They were recently married before leaving Moonlight Falls and believe that their lives on Winchester Island are going to be absolutely perfect. Poor naive fools.

During their first week on Winchester they lived with Arthur's parents since their own home wasn't quite completed. Gwen aspires to be an author who can keep the community supplied with decent reading material. Arthur wants to live the life of a simple farmer. He's also eager to reproduce but Gwen feels they should wait until their done earning their degrees at the Winchester Community College. Yes, this little town has a community college.

A short distance down the road from the Winters Farm is the other Winter's home. This place belongs to Arthur's parents Nicholas and Grace.

And here we have Nicholas himself riding his trusty Clydesdale Ben. Nicholas isn't a farmer. He trains horses. He is also a politician and works at the town hall. If the town thrives people will sing his praises. If there are problems, Nicholas will be the first person who is blamed. Fortunately he's pretty good at talking out both sides of his mouth.

Here we have Grace, mother of Arthur and the wife of Nicholas on their lovable mule Edward. Grace is a four and a half star chef at the Winchester Bistro. At least there's one place on this island where people can get a decent meal.

Gwen's parents were also chosen to come to Winchester but we'll meet them later. They're both a little strange but somehow manage to fit in.
Five other couples were also chosen to move to Winchester. Everyone has been encouraged to be fruitful and multiply, but not to go overboard. The island can only hold so many residents and shoving the overflow into the sea would be bad for tourism.
Now to see if the "lucky" new residents of Winchester manage to make this place thrive or if they completely wreck the place.

Pretty place. A decent restaurant and a community college makes it perfect. It has a library, too, doesn't it?

She ended up taking over the entire town and even bought out her own parents investments from out from under them.
It wasn't personal. It was business. ;)

Yes it does. It has everything. Every time I'm in there I'm amazed by what all the creator fit in there without managing to destroy the small town look and feel. This town has things I've never seen in the larger worlds I've played in.
